Process and environmental technology.

  Our technical specialities are most closely related to the mining, inorganic, metallurgical and energy industries, and are especially focused on the treatment of their process gases, wastewaters, hazardous wastes and contaminated soils. Among our services are examinations of applied technology, recommendations for process modifications or changes, process design and process development.

An example of a more general process technology project was a feasibility study for UNIDO where we analysed the viability of local production of copper sulphate to be used as a fungicide in Nigerian cocoa plantations.

  Concerning process development, we have developed a new catalyst for NOx reduction, mercury removal processes for smelter and crematoria gases, and a process for the treatment of contaminated soil.
